Online Postpartum Doula Care
Virtual Support for Your Fourth Trimester
Service Description
The postpartum period can be overwhelming, and adjusting to life with a newborn is a big transition — especially in the comfort of your own home. As a certified doula, I offer online postpartum care to help you navigate these early days with confidence, compassion, and expert support — all from the comfort of your home. Whether you're recovering from birth, establishing breastfeeding, or adjusting to a new routine, I am here to provide virtual, personalized care that meets your unique needs. Through video calls, texts, and online resources, you’ll receive practical advice, emotional support, and expert guidance whenever you need it. What You’ll Receive with Online Postpartum Care: Emotional Support & Reassurance: Virtual check-ins and video calls offer a safe space to share your feelings, ask questions, and receive the emotional support you need. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or joyful, I'm here to listen and guide you through your emotions. Breastfeeding & Feeding Guidance: I provide virtual breastfeeding support, including tips on latch, positioning, and troubleshooting common challenges. Whether you're nursing, bottle-feeding, or pumping, I’m here to help you find what works best for you and your baby. Physical Recovery Support: While I can’t offer hands-on care, I’ll guide you through postpartum recovery, helping you understand your body’s changes, offering tips on self-care, and helping you recognize when to seek medical advice. I can also suggest safe exercises and comfort measures to support your physical healing. Infant Care Tips: From diapering and babywearing to soothing techniques and sleep routines, I offer advice on all aspects of newborn care, answering your questions and providing guidance on how to best care for your baby in the early weeks. Practical Guidance & Resources: I can help you create flexible postpartum routines, share helpful resources (like printable schedules or checklists), and offer tips for managing household tasks, so you can focus on rest and bonding with your baby. Partner & Family Support: Virtual support is not just for you — I can also offer guidance for your partner or other family members, helping them understand how they can best support you, whether it's through encouraging rest, helping with baby care, or maintaining balance in the home.
