Welcoming a new life into the world is a transformative experience, and having the right support during pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period can make all the difference. As your birth doula, I am here to offer continuous, personalized support throughout your pregnancy, labor, and immediate postpartum time — empowering you to feel informed, confident, and cared for during this incredible journey. What’s Included in My Birth Doula Package: Two Prenatal Appointments Your journey begins with two personalized prenatal visits, where we’ll get to know each other and ensure you feel fully prepared for your birth experience. During these sessions, we will: Discuss Your Birth Preferences: We’ll talk through your birth plan or preferences, including your wishes for labor, pain management, and delivery. I’ll help you navigate all your options and answer any questions you may have. Learn Comfort Measures: I’ll teach you various techniques to cope with labor, such as breathing exercises, position changes, massage, and relaxation strategies. Prepare for the Unexpected: We’ll discuss different scenarios that may arise during labor and how to navigate them. This ensures that you feel confident, no matter how your birth unfolds. Provide Resources: I’ll share educational materials, reading, and resources tailored to your birth preferences and goals. Continuous Support During Labor & Birth As your doula, I’ll be by your side throughout labor, offering hands-on support, encouragement, and guidance. Here’s what you can expect during birth: Physical and Emotional Support: I provide continuous labor support, including helping with comfort measures like breathing, position changes, and massage. I’m there to advocate for your wishes and provide emotional reassurance. Partner Support: I work alongside your partner to ensure they are also supported and empowered to help you during labor. This might include offering suggestions on how they can assist you or simply providing a moment for them to rest while I provide support. Advocacy and Communication: I’ll help ensure that your wishes are respected, communicating with your medical team as needed to make sure you have the information you need to make decisions. One Postpartum Visit Once your baby has arrived, I offer a follow-up postpartum visit to help you through the early days of parenthood. This visit includes: Emotional Support: We’ll talk about your birth experience and how you’re feeling emotionally. I can help
